Salon polices
Cancelation Policy: No cancellation fee if notified 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. A cancellation 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of your service cost being charged. If you fail to notify me of your cancellation you will be charged your full service cost.
Winter weather policy: I care about your safety and understand bad weather happens. Please pay attention to the upcoming forecast, if you feel like you are going to be unable to make your appointment due to weather notify me 24 hours in advance.
Deposits: All new clients booking online you will be required to have a card on file, and a down deposit credited towards your scheduled service. Canceling your service you will not receive the deposit back. Please contact me if emergencies come up I will make an exception. I call it girl math making your hair appointment less money the day of, winning!
Running behind?: Hey I get it life happens, we all deserve grace with running behind. Please drive safe and shoot me a quick text updating me. All extension maintenance appointments are 1 hour anything past 15 mins late is subject to rescheduling and owning 50% of service from that missed appointment. Color services anything past 15 mins late is subject to potentially less styling time. Anything past 30 mins you will be charged 50% of scheduled appointment service and asked to reschedule.
If Alex is behind?: Happens to us all and I appreciate grace as well. I will always reach out as soon as I know I could run behind. Anything past 15 mins late you will receive a discount on your scheduled service that day for the inconvenience!
